What exactly does vitamin E do for acne scar?

I was wondering if Vitamin E is good for reducing redness from a pimple scar? Does vitamin e stimulate collagen build in some sort? How effective is vitamin e from your experience on acne scars?
Also, what other remedies do you recommend for fading scars or reducing scar redness? Thanks.

im onzeker over acne bedekt met littekens maar ik ben diabetes en wanneer ik een litteken krijg het ben bijna onmogelijk om het te maken weggaan maar wanneer ik vitamine E gebruik het werkelijk goed voor me zodat werkt zie ik niet waarom het niet voor u.

i think tea tree oil works really good.. for acne period and the scars from it as well… read up on it..

Well some studies have shown vitamin E helps with skin, hair and nails. But my personal experience is it depends if you take it daily or not only when somethingn is in dissaray.

Just like any meds it only helps if you take it everyday for at least a few months to get the results they claim.

So yes vitamin E is good for a pimple scar but dont think it will go away in a few days, try taking that everyday like i do and a good vitamin wont do harm as well. (not saying you arent taking you daily vitamin but it helps. )
