What Is The Best Treatment To Use For Hormonal Acne?
26Dec 2009
I get quite bad Hormonal Acne breakouts a week before my period. It is driving me mad. I need to know what kind of hormonal acne treatments are out there that could or would work best to help me control it or get rid of it. Please help
1. Wash your face every day. You can use regular soap, but they sell special kinds of soap to get rid of the oil in your pores. Here’s some examples:http://www.nextag.com/acne-soap/products…
More info on acne face soaps here: http://teenadvice.about.com/library/week…
Make your own acne soap… http://www.naturalpuresoap.com/soap-ther…
2. Use an astringent after washing. That will help remove the reside and oil that the soap leaves behind. It also removes a lot of the redness from swollen pustules. Put a reasonable amount of the astringent onto a cotton ball (you don’t need to soak it). Rub it in small circles all over your face and let it dry.

3. Apply a substantial amount of honey to your face every few weeks and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Honey is a natural antibacterial that will get rid of blemishes, sore spots, and scars.

4. Having long hair will contribute greatly to your acne. If you can, keep your hair out of your face and the number of zits near your hairline will decrease. I personally let my hair grow out to about 3-4 inches, my acne near my hairline was terrible. Then I got a buzz cut, and now I get zits near my hairline about as often as anywhere else on my face.

5. Change your pillowcase often. Think about it; your face is pressed against it for a little less that half of your life, so lots of oil builds up on your pillow.http://blog.worldvillage.com/family/chan…http://jrapaport.com/blog/?p=368
Good luck!
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem dot com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
don’t spend a lot of money on products, most of which don’t work. keep your face very clean. drink plenty of water (that really does help), and talk to your doctor about it. that is the person you should listen to, and the person who can give you the best advice.

If possible, birth control pills will help quite a bit!
